Rapper Tyga has been arrested on home violence costs, after his ex-partner posted footage of her black eye on-line.
Tyga, whose actual title is Micheal Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, has since been launched, after he posted the $50,000 bail (£36,676).
The Juicy rapper was stated to have handed himself in at a Los Angeles police station, after allegations from former accomplice Camaryn Swanson that she had been “emotionally, mentally and bodily abused” by him.
Reporting from TMZ suggests the alleged violence happened within the early hours of Monday, whereas Swanson was visiting Tyga’s residence.
Posting a photograph of herself with a black eye on her Instagram tales, Swanson wrote: “I have been emotionally, mentally and bodily abused and I am not hiding it anymore.
“I am so embarrassed and ashamed it needed to get to this however I’ve to face up for myself.”
Responding to hypothesis that she had proven as much as Tyga’s home uninvited, she posted a screenshot seeming to indicate the rapper sending a automotive to select her up, including: “I did not present up ‘screaming’ or uninvited. Once I tried to go away he bodily assaulted [me] and refused to let me depart for hours.”
A courtroom date has been set for 8 February 2022.
The rapper is but to publicly reply to the allegations, and Sky Information has reached out to his representatives for remark.
