A whole bunch of residents close to Tampa Bay are being allowed dwelling after they had been evacuated over fears of a poisonous flash flood from a close-by wastewater reservoir.

Emergency work has been accomplished on the containment wall surrounding the Florida facility

Investigations by the US Military Corps of Engineers discovered a “diminished danger of a catastrophic collapse” on the web site of the previous Piney Level phosphate plant.
