Submarine dispute ‘not only a French downside’, says EU’s high diplomat

The latest submarine dispute between France and its US, UK and Australian allies has highlighted the necessity for improved communication and the significance of a European navy pressure to behave as a praise to NATO, EU overseas coverage chief Josep Borrell informed FRANCE 24 on Thursday.
